Moving with the Cloud
Singapore, 1991. There we were at YWAM’s Crossroads Discipleship Training School when Dan Sneed came to teach. On Day 5, he stopped teaching and started releasing personal prophecies. Pointing at me and Zeny, he thundered: ‘You’ll return to the Philippines—not just to minister, but to war in worship! You’ll move with the Cloud!’
This wasn’t only a prediction—it was a commissioning. Not coincidence—it was kairos. Heaven drafted us, to be deployed in trenches for prophetic warfare.
Three months later, we hit the ground at YWAM Philippines. Right as they ignited citywide prayer strikes: churches of every stream locking shields in the spirit. Those gatherings? Far more than meetings. They were DIVINE SUMMONS—strategic collisions where intercessors stormed spiritual high places and guarded the Gates of the Cities as Watchmen.
The Cloud Moved Us out of YWAM
The intercessor convergences were far beyond ‘gatherings’—they were KINGDOM NETWORKING EVENTS: divine collisions where God welded strategic alliances. There, a fresh word erupted over me. Another man of God declared: ‘You carry John the Baptist’s mantle—a VOICE CRYING OUT in the nation’s wilderness!’ The confirmation was instant and powerful.
In May 1982, the Lord visited me in dreams—three visions of warning, redemption, and power.
First: He uncovered my hidden transgression, and in trembling, I turned from my sin.
Second: Warrior angels snatched me from the ranks of my 12 siblings in black armor, delivering me to a realm of saints robed in radiant white.
Third: Upon a high mountain, with two witnesses at my side, a shaft of glory descended, and the voice of the Almighty proclaimed, “You are my son in whom I am well pleased.”
Then I entered a city where idolatry marched—the Santo Niño borne aloft. I rebuked it, and fire from heaven consumed it.
At the harbor, wicked men sought my life, but the Spirit moved through me—I cast them down effortlessly.
Then nations trembled—USA and Russia stood at the precipice of war… until suddenly, peace was decreed.
Boot Camps
The call came. The mission burned. Zeny and I, flanked by a band of warriors, stormed into boot camps where no two battles were ever the same.
The Lord imparted to us His MOB (Method of Battle), and the Holy Spirit led us through the spectral fray, attuning our senses to the divine frequency. In tandem, as a Seer & Sage Team, we saw the unseen, heard the unspoken, and with unshakable authority, we dismantled darkness, pressing every opposing force beneath His feet.
From these skirmishes and sieges, a manual on prophetic warfare was born—not as a static text, but as a living document, still writing itself—because the war isn’t over.
Our Vision
THE DIVINE MANDATE:
A dual-realm vision spanning heaven and earth.
First, the Lord reveals:
A covert company of prophetic warriors, moving in governmental authority as heaven’s special forces. Strategically positioned across geopolitical hotspots—from Philippine islands to global territories—these spiritual commandos wage unseen battles at their Commander’s designated coordinates.
Second, the outpouring:
A divine economic movement where wealth gathers and flows to manifest heaven on earth. Through God-revealed ventures, financially anointed teams—operating in Joseph’s wisdom—will birth transformative projects, turning earthly systems into vessels of glory.
Our Mission
The Lord has charged us:
To impart our prophetic mantle and raise up a company of empowered warriors.
Where the Spirit sends us—whether in remote villages or global cities—we move in prophetic authority under God’s Mission Order of Battle (MOB). We confront principalities and powers, dismantling satanic fortresses, preparing the way for kingdom advancement.
Through sacred gatherings, prophetic warfare trainings, and discipleship encounters, we forge spiritual covert warriors: the next-gen endtime Gideonites and the Seer & Sage Tandem (the 2 witnesses in Rev.11:3-6).
Training Module
4-day incubation. A spiritual warfare manual will be provided for each participant.

Sessions on the Four Windows of the Heart, circumcision of the heart, healing of deep-seated hurts and bitterness, deliverance from affliction, deliverance from identity crisis, Father’s Heart & Divine Alignment, and Divine Presence Anointing. - Second Part: Gideon’s Commando MOB
Sessions on hearing God’s voice, activation of spiritual gifts, activations on discerning the spiritual and physical worlds, receiving & executing the MOB in the spiritual battlefield - Third Part: Presbytery
Session on praying for the graduating trainees. Under the prophetic mantle of the trainer-facilitators, personal prophecies may be given to participants. The incubation ends with Thanksgiving and a love feast.
